Do you take custom orders?
Yes, if you are wanting to purchase an item but aren't sold on the colour, we can custom make the item in a colour/pattern that suits your preference! Drop us a line via the contact page and we can discuss further!
How long is processing/delivery?
Each item is different, items that are one-off pieces are ready to ship within 2-3 days whereas made to order pieces can take up to 2 weeks to make. Depending on your location and any delays with Australia Post, shipping can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks from the end of inital processing time.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do not accept returns or change of mind exchanges unless you recieve a faulty item. If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue before sending out your order. How do I care for my items?
Each piece varies, in the description of each product you will find a care instructions guide suitable to that specific product. For most resin pieces, use any multipurpose spray or warm water and soap and wipe down with a soft microfibe cloth.
